Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched from one of our international fulfillment centers.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 7 – 12 business days to U.S. addresses.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • international shipping logistics

  • customs clearance procedures

  • carrier delays

  • high seasonal demand

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

To maintain competitive pricing, we may consolidate shipments and dispatch orders once they reach operational shipping thresholds with our logistics partners.

This may occasionally extend dispatch time within the stated processing window.


Delays & High Demand Notice

Due to high order volumes, seasonal demand, or external carrier issues, shipping times may occasionally be delayed.

  • failed delivery attempts

  • packages returned due to incorrect information

Reshipment may incur additional charges.
