RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Calloway & Grey, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and the conditions under which returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and original packaging

The product must show only normal handling; items damaged due to misuse are not eligible

Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean and safe for inspection

Any defective or damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

All return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Calloway & Grey is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing return shipments that cannot be verified with valid tracking information.
How to Return Your Order
If your order qualifies for a return:

Once approved, you will receive the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender’s address or any address on the package.
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team, otherwise the return may not be processed.
International Returns Notice
Due to our international fulfillment structure, returned items may need to be sent to a centralized international return facility.
You agree that:

Order Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)
Because we process orders quickly through an automated fulfillment system, order cancellations are limited.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment processing.
After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, but you may still return the item after delivery under the return policy above.
How to Cancel
To cancel your order, send an email within the 24-hour window to:

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
